By accessing or using the HOSTT platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

HOSTT provides an AI-powered business operating system including CRM, marketing automation, booking, reputation management, and communication tools ("Platform"). The Platform is offered on a subscription basis and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your password and account.
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Access to the Platform requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription rate. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may offer a 14-day free trial to new users. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial expires. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited communications (spam) or engage in phishing.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform.

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of HOSTT and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform solely for your internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create within the Platform ("Customer Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not sell or share your Customer Data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HOSTT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HOSTT is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
